How far in advance should I book a Christmas party food truck?
As early as you can. Fridays and Saturdays in December are the first dates to go. Weekday and early-December dates are easier to secure and have a lower minimum spend.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
There's no set guest minimum, but a minimum spend applies: $1,500 + GST Monday to Thursday, $2,000 + GST on Fridays and Sundays, and $2,500 + GST on Saturdays. Get an instant quote to see the exact cost for your numbers and date.
Can the food truck park at my house or on the street?
Usually, yes. We need a flat, accessible spot for the truck, so tell us about your site when you request a quote. Some councils require a permit for street parking, and we're happy to talk you through it.
Do you need power?
Let us know what power is available at your venue when you quote. If we need to bring a generator, a generator fee applies.
How long do you serve for?
It depends on your package. The Party Package includes up to 90 minutes of starters before mains are served. If your running order needs us onsite for longer, extra time can be added to your quote.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Our menu includes a veggie burger, vegan loaded fries, vegan fried shimeji mushrooms and vegetarian crispy halloumi, plus gluten-free chicken skewers, beef skewers and arancini.
Do you travel outside Adelaide?
Yes. We cater across most of South Australia. A travel fee may apply depending on your location.
How do I secure my date?
Submit an instant quote, and once you're happy we'll send a $500 + GST non-refundable deposit invoice to lock in your booking. Final numbers and menu choices are confirmed 14 days before your event, and payment is due 7 days before.
